SA R3 Thumbs! This is from some grab bag. To be honest, we can't remember what keycap set this came from.
Turn it sideways and get a sideways thumb. Upwards for a thumbs up! Or even down, if you want a thumbs down. But why would you want a thumbs down button? That's weird. But hey, to each his own.
