This listing is for those ordering a dactyl. It is important to note what height you want for your encoder. SA keycaps are tall, so if you want SA keycaps, and you want your encoder to be higher than your keycap (like in the main image here), then you should get the 'tallest' version - which does require us to put some glue inside the encoder to force it to sit higher.
For DSA keycaps, the encoder sticks out above the keys on it's own without glue being added. Below is a description of each encoder option.
Mr. Marble (Black/Gold/Silver) - A silver knob with a 'marble' looking top. For the SA profile, this will sit level with keycaps next to it. To elevate it above SA keycaps, we can add glue to the knob to force it to sit higher (see the picture of it next to a blue keycap)
Simple silver - A simple colored silver metallic knob. It is height adjustable, you just need a small allen wrench.
Simple Plastic (black/copper) - A simple black or copper plastic knob. This sits even with SA keycaps. We can add glue to make it sit higher.
Big Boy (5x colors) - This is large but not so tall. This only fits in a single spot on a manuform. See the picture. We can put it on other spots on the dactyl, however, the keycaps around it would have to be dremmeled/sanded in order for the encoder to fit. Adjustable with an allen wrench
